A redevelopment project commissioned by the Bocelli family transforms a 1970s building into a place conceived for silence, light, and a constant relationship with the surrounding greenery.

Azul Macaubas becomes the guiding thread of the entire project—a material presence that runs through all the spaces, taking on different nuances each time, sometimes clear and calm, sometimes more dynamic, like the sky and the sea that inspire the landscape.

The redesign of the interiors redefines the idea of living: four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and large glass openings that amplify natural light and create continuous visual axes toward the outdoors.

The result is a luminous, balanced, and coherent interior, where material, light, and nature engage in an essential dialogue.
